Before you start

Before completing an application for entry on the list of electors, make sure you are not already entered.
The address you provide must be your domiciliary address—i.e., the one corresponding to the place where you principally or habitually reside, in a stable manner. Accordingly, you cannot use a post office box, the address of a third party (correspondence address) or a business address.
You can correct your address if you have not changed domicile. If you have moved, you must make a change of address (moving) instead.
You will need to provide up to two pieces of identification. You can scan them and then access them from the computer you are using or take a picture of them with your mobile device.
Before you fill out an application for entry for another person, ensure they are not already entered on the list of electors.
